WEBP is the image format most modern websites serve, so it is what you end up with when you save pictures from the web — and almost nothing else accepts WEBP for upload, printing, or sharing. Converting to PDF is the usual fix, because a PDF opens everywhere. This page takes one or more WEBP files and builds a single PDF from them, one image per page, in whatever order you arrange them. Each WEBP is re-encoded to fit inside the PDF while keeping its original resolution, so the pages look the same as the source images do on screen. You can mix in JPG or PNG files if your set is not all WEBP, reorder or remove pages before you export, and the finished PDF downloads straight to your device. Nothing is uploaded at any point — the images are read and combined entirely in your browser — so there is no limit on how many you convert, no watermark, and no sign-up.
