Some upload forms — government portals, job applications, exam registrations — reject any PDF over 100 KB. That is a very small budget for a document, so hitting it almost always means giving up some visual quality. This tool takes the direct approach: it re-renders every page of your PDF as an image, then steps the resolution and JPEG quality down one rung at a time, checking the file size after each pass. The moment the output drops below 100 KB it stops and hands you that version, so you never lose more quality than you have to. If your PDF is long or full of fine detail, 100 KB may not be physically reachable without erasing the content — in that case you will get the smallest version it could produce, along with a note suggesting you split the document first and compress the parts separately. Everything happens inside your browser tab. The PDF is never uploaded to a server, which also means there is no per-file size cap and no daily limit on how many you can run.
